Returns & Refund

1. Returns:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Customers must initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving their order.

  • Proof of Condition:

    • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s).

    • An unboxing video is strongly recommended to facilitate the return process.

  • Return Process:

    • Upon approval, follow the instructions provided to return the item(s).

2. Refunds:

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are available for items that are returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

    • Refunds are issued only for the purchase price of the item(s) and do not include shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

4. Exchanges:
